  • Diligent completion of all administrative tasks is mandatory, encompassing accurate time reporting, expense management, and the fulfillment of all assigned training modules.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science, Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline (including military experience) PLUS a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in the repair of laboratory equipment; OR Associate Degree in a relevant discipline (including military experience) PLUS a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in laboratory equipment repair; OR High School Diploma PLUS a minimum of 7 years of direct experience in laboratory equipment repair.
  • Demonstrated outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and accurately convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Proven technical critical thinking skills and meticulous attention to detail, essential for effective problem-solving and diagnostics.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a demonstrated ability to listen to and interpret client requests accurately.
  • Aptitude for technical and practical matters, coupled with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, follow and create written and verbal directions, read and understand technical bulletins and service manuals, work effectively under time constraints, maintain alertness and concentration, and work safely with potential hazards.
