  • • You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of customer equipment support, including professional installations, routine maintenance, meticulous validations, and expert troubleshooting and repair. Your technical acumen will be essential in diagnosing and resolving issues with both hardware and software components, as well as associated PCs and networking infrastructure.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to serve as a trusted advisor to our customers. This involves providing comprehensive training on the operation and maintenance of their systems, ensuring they can maximize the value of their PerkinElmer solutions. You will also act as the primary company liaison, managing administrative and technical communications for assigned projects, fostering strong customer relationships.
  • • Beyond reactive support, you will proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. This includes offering tailored service packages, recommending upgrades, and promoting the sale of consumables.
