Field Service Specialist

📋 Description

• • As a Field Service Specialist for the Industrial Food & Beverage division at Solenis, you will serve as the primary support for your district to ensure cleaning and sanitizing chemicals and equipment are used effectively, economically, and safely at customer accounts. You will play a critical role in maintaining food safety standards and operational efficiency within food, beverage, and dairy processing plants.
• • Day to day, you will conduct routine service visits and testing, manage Clean-In-Place (CIP) and OPC programs, update service databases, generate weekly reports, troubleshoot technical issues at customer sites, and collaborate with sales account managers to design and implement effective cleaning programs. You will also monitor chemical feed and maintenance equipment, work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and identify growth opportunities at existing and prospective accounts.
