- • The Field Support Representative at IDEXX Laboratories plays a critical role in maximizing customer engagement and conversions by delivering high-quality installation, training, and ongoing support for in-house diagnostic devices, directly contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction in the veterinary and laboratory sectors.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and calibrating in-house devices at customer sites, conducting comprehensive staff trainings using various educational materials, performing on-site technical troubleshooting, organizing pre- and post-installation visits, documenting all interactions, and collaborating with sales, technical support, and R&D teams to resolve issues and promote additional products.
