📋 Description
- • As a Financial Analyst at OnePay, you'll develop robust financial analysis and build efficient financial processes to support business objectives, focusing on credit products and delivering timely insights to partners.
- • You will build and maintain complex financial models in Google Sheets and Excel, develop forecasts and budgets, conduct variance analysis, and create clear materials for executive and business partner audiences.
- • OnePay is a fast-growing consumer fintech platform backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital, offering integrated banking, savings, credit, investing, and crypto services to millions of Americans, with a mission to fix the broken financial system.
- • In this role, you will strengthen your financial modeling, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills while contributing to process automation, product strategy, and scalable finance operations in a high-impact, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, FP&A, banking, or related fields
- • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or other relevant field
- • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
- • Strong proficiency in SQL and a strong analytical mindset
- • Skill in written, verbal, and visual communication of data
- • Problem solving skills and business judgment to design meaningful analyses and translate insights into action
