- • As a Finance Business Partner at Valsoft Corporation's TAG Software Group, you will oversee financial operations for a portfolio of mission-critical software companies, ensuring accurate accounting, strategic planning, and seamless integration of newly acquired businesses.
- • Day to day, you will manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial statements, develop budgets and forecasts, monitor cash flow, improve financial processes, support tax compliance, and lead financial integration efforts during acquisitions.
- • You will join a collaborative team of Finance Business Partners within TAG Software Group, a division of Valsoft Corporation focused on long-term partnerships with acquired software companies, emphasizing people-first culture, innovation, and operational excellence.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in financial integration, ERP systems, and cross-functional leadership while contributing to the growth and stability of a global portfolio of software businesses.
🎯 Requirements
- • CPA qualification with a proven track record of results-driven accomplishments
- • 3+ years of experience in a similar finance role, including at least one ERP integration
- • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards, advanced Excel proficiency
- • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- • Ability to manage and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
- • Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is considered an asset
