- • As Finance Director at Juniper Square, you will serve as a strategic FP&A business partner for Fund Administration and Customer Success, two of the company’s highest-impact areas, enabling data-driven decision-making at the intersection of finance and operations.
- • You will own the full financial planning cycle—including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, headcount planning, and OpEx management—while building analytical rigor and trusted relationships with department leaders to inform strategic investments in hiring, vendor spend, tooling, and operational initiatives.
- • You will contribute to company-wide financial initiatives such as GAAP revenue forecasting, margin analysis, ARR bridge modeling, and net revenue retention, while maintaining and improving FP&A models in Pigment and supporting cross-functional efforts like board reporting and investor materials.
- • You will join a founder-led, high-growth SaaS and FinTech company with $300B+ under administration, 1,000+ employees, and a mission to transform private markets through technology like JunieAI, working in a transparent, collaborative culture that values ownership, urgency, and diverse perspectives across remote and hybrid work arrangements.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience with 5+ years in a business partner capacity
- • Experience in Fund Administration, high-growth SaaS, or FinTech environments
- • Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and variance analysis
- • Strong financial modeling skills including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and cohort-based revenue modeling
- • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, payback period, gross margin, and contribution margin
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
