  • • Serve as the strategic financial pillar for Synapticure’s forward-looking financial runway, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
  • • Own enterprise-wide financial forecasting, corporate budgeting, and strategic modeling processes across the organization.
  • • Translate high-level growth initiatives from cross-functional teams into robust, actionable financial frameworks integrated into the master financial model.
  • • Evaluate and model the financial impact of new payer partnerships, including commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement structures.
  • • Analyze and build financial projections for novel care delivery models, including virtual care expansion and multidisciplinary service integration.
  • • Assess the financial viability and scalability of grant-funding streams and philanthropic partnerships to support patient access and clinical trial facilitation.
  • • Collaborate with clinical, operations, and growth teams to align financial planning with patient care expansion across all 50 states.
  • • Develop dynamic financial models that support strategic decision-making for scaling a nationwide virtual specialty care platform.
  • • Identify financial risks and opportunities tied to regulatory changes, reimbursement policy shifts, and evolving healthcare payment models.
  • • Lead the preparation of financial reports and analyses for executive leadership, board members, and potential investors.
  • • Ensure financial planning processes are agile, scalable, and aligned with the company’s mission to democratize access to neurodegenerative disease care.
  • • Drive financial discipline while fostering innovation, balancing cost efficiency with the need to expand services to underserved patient populations.
  • • Act as a key financial advisor to leadership on capital allocation, funding strategies, and long-term sustainability of the virtual care model.
  • • Maintain rigorous financial controls and compliance standards while supporting rapid organizational growth in a mission-driven, early-stage environment.
  • • Synthesize complex clinical and operational data into clear financial insights that inform strategic priorities and resource allocation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in financial forecasting, corporate budgeting, and strategic modeling in a high-growth healthcare or tech-enabled care environment
  • • Demonstrated ability to translate non-financial growth initiatives into robust financial frameworks and models
  • • Deep understanding of healthcare payer systems, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance reimbursement
  • • Experience evaluating and modeling grant-funded programs and alternative funding streams in healthcare
