- • Translate complex finance process expectations into realistic test scenarios, exception cases, and formal acceptance standards aligned with real-world business contexts.
- • Partner with QA and Engineering teams to identify potential business risks, control breakdowns, and materially misleading outcomes in system outputs.

- • Identify patterns where technically passing outputs remain operationally weak, confusing, or risky in real finance environments.
- • Feed finance-domain insights back into benchmark sets, release criteria, and quality frameworks to continuously improve validation standards.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between finance practitioners and technology teams, ensuring alignment on business expectations and risk tolerance.
- • Maintain credibility with both finance professionals and engineering stakeholders through clear communication and sound judgment.
- • Make quality decisions in ambiguous or incomplete scenarios with confidence and accountability.
- • Support continuous improvement by evolving QA methodologies based on emerging finance trends, regulatory expectations, and client feedback.
- • Collaborate with teams across multiple office locations including Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco.
- • Work in a hybrid model with flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week, with remote candidates also eligible for consideration.

- • Strong understanding of finance processes, internal controls, and how CFO organizations consume analysis and recommendations
- • Experience working with technology, product, or transformation teams
- • Ability to translate business expectations into structured validation criteria and distinguish theoretical correctness from real-world usability
- • Strong judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills with credibility across finance and technology functions
- • Comfort making quality calls in ambiguous scenarios
