- • Lead financial controllership, reporting, compliance, and operational finance activities for Monks' India operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while maintaining compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- • Drive monthly book closing and financial reporting, conduct monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reviews, manage outsourced finance provider deliverables, lead budgeting and forecasting, maintain internal controls, support treasury management, and oversee statutory, tax, and management reporting.
- • Work closely with the India Finance Head, APAC Finance team, and Group Finance team in the Netherlands while managing an outsourced finance provider in India, operating in a highly matrixed environment requiring strong financial leadership and operational rigor.
- • Develop expertise in Indian GAAP and IFRS standards, lead and mentor a local finance team, drive process improvements, evaluate insourcing opportunities, and gain exposure to global finance operations while supporting business scaling through financial systems and policy enhancements.
