• • Join Inspiration Commerce Group (ICG), a rapidly scaling global company with a dynamic portfolio of fashion marketplaces, affiliate marketing platforms, and B2B technology solutions, as our Finance & Accounting Manager.
• • We are a team of approximately 50 individuals who have successfully executed six acquisitions in the past 18 months, propelling our revenue from $0 to over $100 million.
• • Our global presence spans the US, UK, and EU, and we are dedicated to acquiring and building businesses that empower consumers to discover and purchase products they love.
• • This full-time, remote-first role is crucial for ensuring that our business decisions are informed by timely, accurate, and effective financial data.
• • You will be instrumental in establishing robust financial processes, from data collection and accurate booking to effective reporting and diligent compliance management, ensuring that our growth is not hindered by financial complexities.
• • Take ownership of the accounting function, driving the month-end close process to be completed within an aggressive three business days.
• • This involves accurately booking revenue and expenses from diverse systems, implementing inter-company transfer pricing strategies, making necessary accruals, and performing essential journal entries across 15 global entities.
• • Develop and prepare comprehensive financial reporting, including individual entity reports, consolidated views for operating groups, and the overall group financial picture.
• • Your reporting suite will encompass Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cashflow Statements, and other critical management reports designed to provide actionable insights.
• • Play a key role in tax coordination across Canada, the USA, and the EU, supporting sales tax/VAT calculations, reporting, and filing.
• • Collaborate closely with external tax partners to facilitate year-end preparations, corporate filings, and strategic tax optimization projects.
• • Champion automation and the adoption of scalable systems by embracing modern technology, tooling, and AI to automate and augment manual, repetitive tasks, thereby enhancing efficiency and freeing up valuable human capital for more strategic initiatives.
