  • • As a Finance Manager (Commercial Finance) at TwoConnect LLC, you will step into a pivotal senior leadership role, entrusted with the comprehensive oversight of the organization's financial performance, the unwavering accuracy of its reporting, and the robust integrity of its governance framework. This position is instrumental in shaping the financial trajectory of the company, demanding a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to managing the entire financial reporting function. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring strict adherence to all applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements, while simultaneously providing high-quality, actionable financial insights that empower Board-level and executive decision-making.
  • • You will be the driving force behind the accurate and timely delivery of monthly financial reports, meticulously preparing comprehensive Board reporting packs that offer a clear and concise overview of the company's financial health. This includes overseeing the preparation of annual financial statements, ensuring they not only meet but exceed all statutory and regulatory obligations and accounting standards.
  • • A core responsibility will be your accountability for all technical accounting matters. This involves the in-depth interpretation of new and evolving accounting standards, the meticulous analysis of complex transactions, and the implementation of appropriate accounting treatments to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • • You will play a significant role in shaping the company's future through your contributions to long-term forecasting, the annual budgeting process, and broader business planning initiatives. Your financial acumen will be vital in developing realistic financial models and strategic plans that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • • The oversight of finance operations, including transactional services, will be under your purview. This entails ensuring that all financial processes are efficient, effective, and underpinned by appropriate internal controls and a strong governance framework, safeguarding the company's assets and financial integrity.
  • • You will be the primary point of contact for external audits, coordinating all necessary activities and ensuring a smooth and efficient audit process. Furthermore, you will manage all aspects of tax, legal, and regulatory compliance across the various financial functions of the organization, mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to all legal and fiscal obligations.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be the continuous review, enhancement, and implementation of financial systems, processes, and control frameworks. You will identify opportunities for improvement, leverage technology, and implement best practices to optimize financial operations and reporting.
  • • You will manage the Group’s insurance program, ensuring adequate coverage and cost-effectiveness. This responsibility extends to broader financial risk management processes, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks that could impact the organization.
  • • Safeguarding contractual and commercial risk through disciplined governance practices will be a critical focus. You will ensure that all commercial agreements and contractual obligations are managed with financial prudence and robust oversight.
  • • Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team is paramount. You will foster a culture of capability, accountability, and high performance, ensuring that the team is equipped with the skills and motivation to meet the organization's financial objectives. Your leadership will be key to their professional growth and success.
  • • You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic financial guidance and support to executive stakeholders, helping them navigate complex financial landscapes and make informed strategic decisions.
  • • You will champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the finance function and beyond, actively seeking ways to strengthen financial management practices across the entire organization.
  • • This role also encompasses taking on other position-level duties as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute wherever needed to support the company's financial success.
