- • As a Finance Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the financial foundation of our fast-growing company. You will work closely with the finance leadership at our Swiss headquarters to establish a structured, reliable, and future-proof financial environment that supports sustainable growth and sound decision-making.
- • You will lead day-to-day Finance & Controlling operations and ensure fully HGB-compliant bookkeeping, reporting, and documentation.
- • You will drive monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in cooperation with our Swiss headquarters.
- • You will build and continuously improve controlling structures (KPIs, cost tracking, variance analysis) and ensure transparency for all stakeholders.
- • You will manage liquidity and cash flow in a very operational way, including banking coordination and short-term financial planning.
- • You will coordinate audits, tax filings, and statutory requirements together with external partners and advisors.
- • You will support implementation and execution of the group's transfer pricing framework and ensure local compliance and coordinate intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and reporting with sister companies and headquarters.
- • You will implement and strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and risk-management routines suited for a fast-growing company.
- • You will develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic and operational decisions.
- • You will build scalable finance processes, workflows, and tools — from invoice handling to reporting automation — and continuously improve efficiency as the organization grows.
- • You will coordinate contract, insurance, and legal management together with external advisors.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7 years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, or a related commercial role.
- • Proficient in HGB and IFRS accounting standards, including financial statement preparation.
- • Experience working in an international group structure with multiple legal entities.
