📋 Description

• • As Finance Manager, R&D at Twilio, you will serve as the primary strategic finance partner for the Messaging channel, turning technical product roadmaps into sustainable financial growth and ensuring operational efficiency at scale.
• • Day to day, you will lead financial forecasting and reporting for the Messaging channel, build complex financial models for product launches and pricing strategies, partner with VP and Director-level R&D leaders to assess ROI, and drive monthly/quarterly close processes with clear variance analysis for senior leadership.
• • You will join Twilio’s Product Finance team within a remote-first, globally inclusive culture that values innovation, connection, and making a global impact through communications technology used by hundreds of thousands of businesses and millions of developers.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in strategic finance, SaaS unit economics, and cross-functional leadership while leading high-impact special projects that shape Twilio’s enterprise-wide growth and margin expansion initiatives.
