- • As a Finance Manager at Strada, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s transformation journey by ensuring accurate financial reporting, driving process improvements, and providing critical insights for strategic decision-making. This role is essential to maintaining financial integrity and enabling data-informed leadership across a global organization operating in 180+ countries.
- • Day to day, you will compile monthly reporting for the Strada Group to owner HIG, coordinate with finance business partners to ensure accuracy and completeness, lead ad-hoc analysis to support leadership decisions, own corporate reporting to bank lenders, serve as the primary finance contact for Workday and Adaptive Planning systems, lead process improvement initiatives, and drive ad-hoc projects such as integrating Salesforce data to enhance forecast accuracy.
- • You will join a people, payroll, and technology leader that simplifies international workforce management through cloud-based solutions. 🎯 Requirements
- • Strong accounting foundation with understanding of GAAP, revenue recognition, accruals, and project accounting
- • Ability to build and maintain complex financial models for reporting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- • Prior experience with Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning is a plus
- • Proactive problem-solver with logical thinking and willingness to experiment with AI tools for process efficiency
- • Experience leading ad-hoc projects and coordinating across finance teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
