- • Lead finance operations and center of excellence initiatives at the intersection of Finance, Product, and Go-To-Market to drive scale in Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Accounting workstreams.
- • Own end-to-end project lifecycle for new product introductions, from business case development through post-launch stabilization, ensuring billing and accounting readiness.
- • Partner with GTM and Sales Ops to optimize deal lifecycle processes, streamlining CRM quotes to revenue recognition while ensuring ASC 606 compliance.
- • Bridge finance and technical teams by authoring business requirement documents and leading User Acceptance Testing for system changes.
- • Develop and deliver change management and training programs to enable finance and sales teams to adopt new processes confidently.
- • Contribute to Asana’s mission of enabling effortless teamwork through financial rigor, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid office-centric environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Operations, Consulting, or Finance Program Management within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
- • Deep domain knowledge of Quote-to-Cash cycles, GTM strategies, and Revenue Accounting (ASC 606).
- • Technical proficiency with ERPs (e.g., NetSuite) and CRM/Billing tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, Zuora Billing, or Zuora RevPro.
- • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and hitting deadlines with diverse stakeholders.
- • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
