• • Lead reconciliation and balancing analysis for pool accounts and customer transactions to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• • Generate timely and accurate summary reconciliation reports, clearly highlighting required actions and discrepancies for resolution.
• • Investigate and resolve transactional issues, bank interface errors, and customer claims related to reconciliation discrepancies.
• • Collaborate closely with Digital, Safeguarding, and Customer Care departments to address and resolve reconciliation-related customer issues.
• • Identify, assess, and promptly escalate any financial risks or unresolved reconciliation anomalies to mitigate potential losses.
• • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of daily and periodic reconciliation workflows.
• • Maintain and update reconciliation controls and procedures to align with evolving regulatory and operational standards.
• • Coordinate data collection efforts, validate data integrity, and summarize financial information for reporting and analysis.
• • Run financial models, verify their applicability to reconciliation scenarios, analyze outcomes, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• • Perform general ledger reconciliations for a licensed financial institution operating under Saudi Arabian Central Bank regulations.
• • Stay current with core banking and accounting reconciliation practices, including emerging standards and industry best practices.
• • Execute ad-hoc financial requests and special projects as assigned by management to support broader operational objectives.
• • Support other departments in resolving customer-facing financial issues by providing accurate reconciliation data and insights.
• • Ensure all reconciliation activities are documented, traceable, and compliant with internal controls and audit requirements.
