- • Finance & Reporting Analyst at Skelar AS, a venture-builder that creates and scales consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more, supporting founders from zero to one.
- • The role involves coordinating financial audits, preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements under IFRS, ensuring tax compliance across EU, UK, US, and Asia, developing and improving financial processes, structuring operations, and leading compliance-related projects as needed.
- • You will join the International Reporting and Tax Compliance Team, working closely with treasury, corporate and tax lawyers, and external auditors to drive process improvements and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting for a global group of companies serving over 10 million users.
- • This position offers the opportunity to gain deep expertise in international financial infrastructure, tax risk management, process transformation, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing, low-bureaucracy environment with real impact on scalable financial systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in leading international audit firms (Big-4/Tier-2) or in finance departments of international companies
- • Experience preparing and reviewing all forms of financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- • Strong self-organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- • Confident analytical skills and critical thinking
- • Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
- • Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office/Google tools
- • International qualifications such as ACCA, CFA, or CIMA (completed or in progress) — considered a strong advantage
