• The Finance & Strategy Analyst will be deeply embedded in the business, partnering with leaders across engineering, GTM, and operations to drive decision-making.
• The role goes beyond traditional planning and reporting, requiring the ability to develop insights, improve processes, and own financial operations that keep the business running smoothly.
• The Finance & Strategy Analyst will support core FP&A workflows, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
• They will build financial models and decision-making frameworks to support engineering, GTM, and product.
• The role requires strong analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
• The Finance & Strategy Analyst will work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and be expected to proactively identify problems and drive solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A at a leading / high growth technology company or in investment banking or management consulting at a top-tier firm.
• Experience supporting R&D/engineering as a finance partner
