- • As a Financial Accountant at Attio Ltd, you will play a key role in running day-to-day finance operations across the company’s entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making in a high-growth tech environment.
- • You will own core accounting tasks including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, expenses, supplier onboarding, accruals, fixed assets, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end reporting, while supporting payroll inputs, VAT returns, tax compliance, and cash flow activities.
- • You will join a finance team at the heart of Attio’s growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable financial processes and systems that support the company’s global expansion and operational excellence.
- • This role offers the opportunity to take ownership, improve financial workflows, introduce automation, and develop expertise in SaaS finance, systems like Xero and Stripe, and financial controls in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong accounting fundamentals with experience across core accounting processes, ideally in SaaS or tech.
- • Professional qualification (or working towards): ACCA qualified or currently undertaking ACCA.
- • Month-end and controls experience, including comfort with reconciliations and financial reporting.
- • Systems proficiency: Strong Xero knowledge; Stripe or similar tools a plus.
- • Payroll and tax exposure: Experience supporting UK payroll, VAT, and compliance.
- • Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and ownership over outputs.
