- • As a Financial Accountant at Loveholidays.com Ltd, you will be the senior member of a lean finance team, playing a critical role in supporting operational finance activities and contributing to the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing complex bank reconciliations, owning the creditor ledger, overseeing company credit card usage, reviewing invoice creation, managing tourist board and flight incentive debtors, and performing other balance sheet reconciliations, all while driving process improvements and supporting junior team members.
- • You will work within the Commercial and Support teams at Loveholidays, a progressive travel tech company focused on innovation and customer-centric holiday experiences, where collaboration, learning, and ownership are encouraged to drive business strategy and personal growth.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in financial operations within a tech-driven environment, enhance your leadership and coaching abilities, gain experience with financial systems and automation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that shape the finance function’s effectiveness.
🎯 Requirements
- • Part-qualified accountant with relevant industry experience
- • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work efficiently
- • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment while maintaining high standards
- • Experience with bank reconciliations, creditor ledger management, and balance sheet reconciliations
- • Comfortable providing coaching and guidance to junior team members
- • Innovative mindset with interest in leveraging technology and AI to improve financial processes
