📋 Description
- • Financial Accountant responsible for managing accounting and compliance processes for multiple group entities at Orcrist Technologies Inc., a fast-growing tech company building a next-generation data intelligence platform.
- • Day-to-day tasks include managing accounting operations, reviewing and reconciling general ledger accounts, supporting month-end and year-end closings, coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors, ensuring timely statutory filings across jurisdictions, contributing to process improvements and automation, and supporting integration of acquired companies.
- • Orcrist Technologies is a remote-first company headquartered in Berlin, developing intelligence fusion capabilities to connect diverse data sources for clients in complex environments, with a mission to enhance competitiveness, safety, and resilience through data-driven solutions.
- • The role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CFO and external partners, gain experience in international group accounting, develop expertise in statutory reporting and compliance across jurisdictions, and contribute to scaling finance processes in a high-performing, dynamic team environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- • 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in an international or group environment
- • Solid understanding of accounting principles (local GAAP / HGB)
- • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on mentality
- • Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1+)
- • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving organization
