- • As a Financial Accountant at Heidi Health, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly and accurately. This role will be based in the Philippines while reporting to the Finance Manager in Australia. You will be hands-on with the day-to-day accounting, month-end close, strategic projects and compliance activities that underpin our rapid growth.
- • You’ll support the day-to-day financial accounting and month-end processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting, prepare and post journals, reconciliations and adjustments across key accounts including accruals and intercompany, and assist with preparation of monthly management reports and variance analysis to support business decisions.

🎯 Requirements
- • CA or CPA qualified (or final stages)
- • Previous experience in Big 4, private practice and/or high-growth SaaS
- • Previous experience in a multinational company
- • Strong understanding of Australian Accounting Standards and/or IFRS
- • Advanced Excel proficiency
- • Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, and stakeholder management
