  • • The Financial Analyst supports operational project teams financially throughout the life cycle of clinical trials at Precision Medicine Group, a global leader in precision medicine and clinical research.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with monthly invoicing worksheets, performing variance analysis between forecasted and actual revenue, reviewing work orders and change order budgets, supporting project review meetings, and aiding in contract document preparation such as statements of work and change orders.
  • • The role involves close collaboration with the Company Accountant to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, general ledger functions, and monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
  • • The Financial Analyst responds to financial inquiries from senior finance leadership, assists in developing new financial procedures and internal controls, and collaborates across the finance team to support departmental goals.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • • Minimum two years of general ledger and financial reporting experience, including working knowledge of the full accounting cycle
  • • Proficiency in Excel and PC-based tools, with ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • • Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and project budgeting
  • • Experience with Earned Value Analysis (EVA), contract review, or financial project management support
  • • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency required based on location
