- • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in understanding and optimizing our recurring revenue streams. You will serve as a key partner to our Sales Operations and Accounting departments, providing essential visibility into customer behavior, revenue trends, and key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will possess a robust ability to dissect and analyze upsell, cross-sell, churn, downsell, and renewal dynamics. Your insights will be crucial in informing strategic business decisions and driving revenue growth.
- • Your primary responsibilities will include the meticulous maintenance of detailed analyses related to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), customer retention, and renewal performance. A strong emphasis will be placed on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data underpinning these analyses. You will be tasked with performing in-depth tracking of customer churn and downsell activities, including the development and maintenance of a comprehensive database to capture and categorize reasons for customer attrition.
- • Furthermore, you will conduct thorough analyses of retention and renewals performance, segmenting data across various critical categories. This will involve examining trends and performance based on industry vertical, geographical region, and customer size. This granular approach will allow for a deeper understanding of what drives customer loyalty and success within different market segments.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves leveraging technology to visualize and monitor key metrics. You will be responsible for building and maintaining insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI. These tools will be essential for tracking ARR, retention, and renewals trends in real-time, providing stakeholders with up-to-date performance insights. Your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable visualizations will be highly valued.
- • You will also play a vital role in supporting our renewals reporting processes. This includes contributing to forecasting efforts, analyzing historical trends to identify patterns and predict future outcomes, and meticulously tracking the performance of our renewal initiatives. Your analytical contributions will directly impact our ability to retain and grow our customer base.
