- • The Financial Analyst supports operational project teams financially throughout the life cycle of clinical trials, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting to enable data-driven decisions in precision medicine initiatives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with monthly invoicing worksheets, performing variance analysis between forecasted and actual revenue, reviewing work and change order budgets against actual activities, supporting project review meetings, and collaborating with the Company Accountant on financial reporting, general ledger functions, and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- • The role involves working closely with the Manager and Vice President of Operational Finance on contract documentation, responding to CFO inquiries, and contributing to process improvements that enhance workflow and internal controls within the finance department.
- • Precision Medicine Group is a global leader in precision medicine, specializing in oncology, rare diseases, and complex disease trials, integrating clinical services with translational medicine to advance patient health through data-informed therapeutic development.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience
- • Minimum two years of general ledger and financial reporting experience, including working knowledge of the full accounting cycle, project budgets, financial project management support, and Earned Value Analysis (EVA)
- • Strong Excel/PC skills and ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment
- • Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- • Strong accounting skills with high energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to exceeding expectations
- • Ability to learn quickly, with strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across management and teams
