📋 Description
- • As a Financial Analyst at MarketStar, you will serve as a strategic partner to Client Services managers, ensuring accurate billing, financial analysis, and compliance while driving profitability and process improvements for client programs.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing monthly invoices, managing month-end close processes, overseeing rep compensation plans, analyzing budgets and forecasts, reconciling accounts, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve financial accuracy and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements
- • B.S. in Accounting or Finance
- • Four or more years of related finance/accounting experience
- • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- • Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements
- • Understanding of General Ledger accounting
- • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in high-pressure situations
