Financial Analyst - FP&A

📋 Description

• • As a Financial Analyst – FP&A at Precision Medicine Group, you will play a critical role in supporting financial planning and analysis across expanding operations in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, enabling data-driven decision-making for leadership.
• • Day to day, you will build PowerBI dashboards and reports, develop and maintain complex financial models for project profitability, conduct monthly variance analysis (forecast vs. actuals), prepare financial presentation materials for executives, and support budgeting and forecasting cycles by collaborating with department managers.
• • You will join a growing finance team within a precision medicine organization that is scaling internationally, where your work will directly impact regional and departmental financial reporting, CRO metric tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in financial modeling, data visualization, and cross-functional financial analysis while gaining exposure to global operations and contributing to streamlined financial processes that support scalable growth.
