- • The Financial Analyst III role is critical to supporting Astreya’s largest clients and corporate initiatives by managing the operational execution of procurement, purchase order generation, and budgetary forecasting, serving as the engine of the funding process.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing purchase order generation for complex client programs, performing funding analysis to align spend with budget, tracking committed vs. actual spend, calculating monthly forecasts and long-term plans, identifying and tracking performance metrics like PO turnaround time, and proactively reviewing systems to streamline workflows.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university and 5 to 8 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
- • Experience with general ledger and accounting practices, including the ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness.
- • Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form and solve practical problems with limited standardization.
- • Demonstrated skill in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, along with the ability to present information effectively to managers, clients, and groups.
- • Proven ability to network with senior internal and external personnel and exercise good judgment in selecting methods for obtaining solutions.
