- • Develops financial forecasts and plans for large, moderately complex to complex business areas or expense categories, including designing and implementing forecasting processes and model improvement initiatives.
- • Independently prepares recurring and ad hoc financial reports, analyses, and cost-benefit analyses to support internal and external management decision-making.
- • Delivers moderately complex to complex financial research and value-added business insights to identify and recommend solutions for key financial and operational opportunities.
- • Manages product assignments, including product pricing, profitability analysis, and ad hoc financial evaluations.
- • Serves as a trusted business partner by providing proactive financial analysis and insights to enable effective decision-making and efficient resource allocation.
- • Applies intermediate knowledge of business operations, products, and processes to resolve issues and navigate obstacles in delivering accurate financial work products.
- • Identifies, measures, monitors, and controls risks associated with business activities in full alignment with regulatory, compliance, and risk management policies.
- • Ensures all financial activities comply with applicable regulations and internal compliance procedures.
- • Produces detailed financial reports using standardized methodologies and tools.
- • Utilizes Microsoft Excel extensively for financial data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- • Works with financial and accounting technologies to streamline reporting and analysis workflows.
- • Maintains general knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and applies them in daily financial analysis.
- • Communicates complex financial and accounting concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- • Operates in a hybrid environment requiring in-office presence four days per week at the San Antonio Home Office.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
- • 4 years of experience conducting financial/accounting analysis, preparing financial reports, or developing financial plans with recommendations.
- • Experience working in a financial services environment.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis.
- • Experience using financial/accounting technologies.
- • Understanding and adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards.
- • General knowledge of GAAP.
- • Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively.
