- • As a Financial Analyst in the Treasury team at Airwallex, you will play a critical role in safeguarding customer funds and ensuring the integrity of global payment flows by building robust reconciliation frameworks and enhancing financial transparency across entities.
- • Day to day, you will improve transparency on global cash positions and funding needs, perform data-driven financial and reconciliation analysis on cash flows and variances, design and enhance safeguarding controls, partner with Product and Engineering to shape data models and workflows, drive process automation, and provide ad hoc support on strategic initiatives such as new banking partners or regulatory changes.
- • You will join the Finance & Corporate Development team, which drives financial strategy and growth through financial planning, analysis, and corporate transactions, collaborating across departments to manage risk and support Airwallex’s mission to empower global businesses.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in treasury operations, financial controls, and data analytics while gaining exposure to global payment systems, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced fintech environment, positioning you for accelerated career growth in finance and treasury.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or above in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Financial Engineering or similar fields
- • 2+ years working experience in an analytical role in Financial Services, Internet and Fintech industry is preferred
- • Strong analytical skills of working with very large amount of data and using tools to generate business insights, prior experience in end to end analytical process including data gathering, analysis, presenting and execution is preferred
- • Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and work effectively with others
