- • As Financial Controller at Heidi Health, you will own the integrity of financial operations across multiple global entities, leading month-end close, financial controls, statutory reporting, and multi-entity accounting to support a high-growth AI-driven healthcare company.
- • You will lead and develop the accounting team, manage end-to-end month-end and year-end close processes, strengthen financial controls across multi-entity and multi-currency structures, deliver accurate management reports and statutory compliance, oversee tax obligations, partner with AR and FinOps teams to improve ERP workflows and automation, support audits, and implement process improvements to scale finance operations efficiently.
- • Heidi Health is a fast-growing healthtech startup building an AI Care Partner to support clinicians globally, backed by nearly $100 million in funding, with operations in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, and partnerships with leading health systems including the NHS and Monash Health.
- • You will have the opportunity to build and scale a finance function in a high-growth SaaS environment, leverage AI and automation to improve financial accuracy and efficiency, develop leadership skills by managing and mentoring a team, and contribute to a mission-driven organization that has already returned over 18 million hours to healthcare professionals worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • CA or CPA qualified
- • 7+ years of experience in financial accounting, audit or controllership, with at least 2 years in a controller or senior accounting role
- • Big 4 background combined with experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology business is ideal
- • Strong technical accounting skills across IFRS and experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency environments
- • Experience leading and developing a team
- • Comfortable working in an ERP environment with imperfect data and building controls around maturing systems
- • Excellent attention to detail, communication and stakeholder management
- • Experience with or genuine interest in applying AI and automation to financial operations
