📋 Description
- • Lead the Finance function as a hands-on controller on a 12-month FTC with strong potential for permanency, driving scalability and continuous improvement in a fast-growing healthcare business.
- • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, team leadership, controls, and business partnering while ensuring accurate reporting, cash flow management, and strategic decision support.
- • Join Montu UK Limited, a rapidly scaling digital health company specialising in cannabis-based medicines, where finance plays a critical role in enabling international growth and operational excellence.
- • Develop leadership and technical expertise in financial transformation, automation, system optimisation, and stakeholder influence while contributing to a mission-driven organisation improving patient access to treatments.
🎯 Requirements
- • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- • 3+ years experience in a Financial Controller role
- • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow in a growing business
- • Strong leadership skills with experience scaling, managing and developing teams
- • Advanced Excel skills and strong systems knowledge
