- • Financial Controller - International Perimeter at Alan SAS, responsible for owning financial controlling of Alan's international entities and serving as the feedback engine of the finance system.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning financial reporting for entities (monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, variance analysis), structuring relationships with local accounting firms, challenging and automating financial processes, partnering with cross-functional teams, and contributing to team scaling through hiring and onboarding.
- • Alan SAS is building the new standard in prevention insurance, integrating insurance, prevention, and care into a single user experience, serving over 1M+ members across 40K+ companies with €800M+ ARR and a team of 800+ people.
- • The role offers the opportunity to shape financial controlling at a fast-scaling company, drive action from financial data, ensure audit readiness, and develop expertise in international financial consolidation and regulated entities while working with strategic finance and data teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of experience in accounting and financial statements across multiple entities or geographies
- • Proven experience coordinating external accounting firms and/or overseeing multi-country financial reporting
- • Fluent in English; additional European language(s) are a strong plus
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- • Rigorous, autonomous, proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- • Familiarity with insurance accounting or regulated financial entities is a strong plus
