- • The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst II role at PFM Asset Management is critical for driving financial insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This position ensures accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and profitability analysis to enhance business agility and financial health.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining PowerBI dashboards, conducting monthly variance analysis (forecast vs. actuals), preparing financial reporting packages, supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, and performing ad-hoc analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities in revenue, costs, and project profitability.
- • PFM Asset Management, part of Precision Medicine Group, is a growing financial services firm focused on delivering data-driven investment and advisory solutions. The finance team operates collaboratively with operations, regional partners, and leadership to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in financial modeling, data visualization, and cross-functional business partnering. You’ll gain experience in translating complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership, while strengthening your ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced experience with MS PowerBI, including building dashboards and reports
- • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 3+ years of practical financial analysis experience
- • Proficiency in Excel (XLookups, Pivot tables, data consolidations), PowerPoint, and familiarity with AI tools like CoPilot
