• • The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst II role at Precision Medicine Group is critical for driving financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, modeling, and reporting. This position ensures accurate financial forecasting, profitability analysis, and performance tracking across departments and regions, directly impacting business planning and resource allocation.
• • Day to day, the analyst will build and maintain complex financial models in Excel and PowerBI, conduct monthly variance analysis (forecast vs. actual), prepare financial reporting packages for leadership, support revenue and cost analysis based on contracts, track CRO metrics, and collaborate with finance, operations, and regional teams to gather inputs for budgeting and forecasting cycles.

The finance team plays a central role in enabling scalable growth by providing accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights to stakeholders across the enterprise.
