• • The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager leads a team of two analysts and reports to the SVP of Finance, providing data-driven insights to senior management to evaluate current and proposed business activities at Interactive Brokers, a global financial services leader recognized as the #1 online broker by Barron’s for six consecutive years.
• • Day to day, the role involves monitoring key performance indicators and business metrics to track progress and identify trends in customer trading behavior, preparing executive-level presentations on industry state, competitive positioning, new products/services, and new entrants, conducting ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives including investments in other companies, and mentoring and developing junior FP&A team members.
