- • The Financial Planning and Analysis Director will lead HALA’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management, providing strategic financial insights to support leadership decision-making and ensure strong financial visibility as the company grows and prepares for future milestones.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading the annual budgeting process, building and maintaining company-wide financial models, tracking performance against targets, preparing management reports for leadership and investors, analyzing revenue and profitability trends, partnering with business units on strategic initiatives, and building and developing a high-performing FP&A team.
- • HALA is a leading fintech player in the MENAP region, founded in 2017 and licensed by the Saudi Arabian Central Bank, with entities in UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, aiming to redefine financial services and build the future bank of SMEs by providing cutting-edge financial and technological tools.
- • The person in this role can learn and achieve deep expertise in strategic finance within a high-growth fintech environment, gain experience supporting IPO readiness and fundraising, develop leadership skills by building and mentoring a finance team, and drive financial discipline and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- • 10+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or financial control
- • Experience in fintech, banking, payments, SaaS, technology, or high-growth companies is strongly preferred
- • MBA, CFA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification is preferred
- • Previous experience supporting senior leadership, board reporting, fundraising, or IPO readiness is a plus
