- • The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager supports the Director and SVP of FP&A in driving financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making for Alignment Healthcare, a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving the lives of seniors and the chronically ill.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with the annual budgeting process, quarterly and five-year forecasting, monthly financial reviews, detailed financial analysis, building operational financial models, preparing presentations for investors and the Board, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to improve financial and operational outcomes.
- • The role involves participation in corporate financing, debt and equity activities, and M&A transactions, requiring strong analytical and communication skills to influence senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5 years of FP&A or comparable experience
- • Health plan experience preferred
- • Bachelor of Science in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred
- • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Excel
- • Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and statistical analysis skills
- • Excellent presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels
