📋 Description

• As a FinOps Junior Analyst at Keep Labs Inc., you will be the operational backbone of the company’s financial functions, ensuring seamless daily financial operations that support the mission of delivering modern cross-border banking solutions to Canadian businesses. Your work directly enables the integrity of financial records, timely payment processing, and responsive internal support—critical functions that allow the fintech to scale reliably and maintain trust with clients and partners.
• Day to day, you will perform daily reconciliations across accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness, process payments efficiently and correctly, resolve internal tickets from customer support and account managers by answering queries and escalating when necessary, learn and document internal tools and processes to become a go-to resource, identify and propose improvements to operational workflows for automation or efficiency gains, and collaborate closely with Finance, Customer Support, and Account Management teams to maintain smooth cross-functional operations.

• In this role, you will gain deep, hands-on experience in fintech financial operations, develop expertise in reconciliation, payment processing, and internal systems, and evolve into broader responsibilities including process automation and financial analysis. You’ll work directly with the Finance lead, building mentorship-driven growth and positioning yourself for advancement into more strategic finance or operations roles as the company scales.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, operations, or accounting, with startup or fintech experience considered a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is non-negotiable for daily tasks including reconciliations, reporting, and data tracking
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with a proven ability to catch errors before they escalate
• Strong communication abilities to effectively collaborate across teams and respond clearly to internal inquiries
• Comfort with hands-on, operational work—not just analysis—and a willingness to engage in process-driven tasks
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or similar platforms is a nice-to-have bonus
