• • As the First Creative Marketing Manager for a new business at Skelar AS, you will build and launch a creative factory from scratch to support a personality simulation app that helps users bridge the gap between who they are and who they could become through immersive, game-based life experiences.
• • Your day-to-day will involve developing advertising concepts, scripts, and briefs for designers and UGC creators; testing hypotheses and analyzing performance to scale what works; monitoring competitors and market trends; implementing AI tools into the creative workflow; and hiring and growing a creative team.
• • Skelar AS is a Ukrainian venture builder that creates international tech businesses, with over 1000+ professionals across ventures in EdTech, marketplaces, and more, backed by global media recognition and a mission to build 'the next big everything' while supporting Ukraine’s resilience.
