- • As a First-line Recruiter, you will be the crucial initial point of contact for all new candidate leads. Your primary mission will be to engage potential applicants swiftly and effectively, ensuring no opportunity is missed. You will be responsible for initiating contact with applicants within a tight 24-hour window, demonstrating your commitment to efficiency and candidate experience.
- • Your day-to-day will involve delivering a clear, engaging, and persuasive phone pitch. - • To ensure we maintain our commitment to rapid response, this role includes weekend lead coverage on Saturdays and Sundays. This is a vital component of our high-speed recruitment model, guaranteeing that potential candidates receive prompt attention regardless of the day of the week. - • You will work in close collaboration with the Head of People and the broader recruitment team. - • Maintaining accurate and organized candidate data within our recruitment system is non-negotiable. This ensures that we have a clear overview of our talent pipeline, can track candidate progress effectively, and can provide timely updates to both candidates and hiring managers.
