  • • As a First-line Recruiter, you will be the crucial initial point of contact for all new candidate leads. Your primary mission will be to engage potential applicants swiftly and effectively, ensuring no opportunity is missed. This role demands a proactive and energetic approach, as speed-to-contact is paramount to maximizing conversion rates and securing top talent. You will be responsible for initiating contact with applicants within a tight 24-hour window, demonstrating your commitment to efficiency and candidate experience.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve delivering a clear, engaging, and persuasive phone pitch. You will be managing a significant number of outbound calls daily, coupled with structured follow-ups to nurture candidate relationships and keep them engaged. This requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively to ensure consistent outreach and follow-through. Your dedication to maintaining momentum is critical in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • • To ensure we maintain our commitment to rapid response, this role includes weekend lead coverage on Saturdays and Sundays. This is a vital component of our high-speed recruitment model, guaranteeing that potential candidates receive prompt attention regardless of the day of the week. Your flexibility and commitment to this schedule will be instrumental in our success.
  • • You will work in close collaboration with the Head of People and the broader recruitment team. This partnership is essential for refining our outreach strategies, sharing insights from candidate interactions, and collectively optimizing the recruitment funnel. Your feedback and observations will be valued and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • • Maintaining accurate and organized candidate data within our recruitment system is non-negotiable. This ensures that we have a clear overview of our talent pipeline, can track candidate progress effectively, and can provide timely updates to both candidates and hiring managers. Tech-savviness and meticulous record-keeping are key.

  • • Fluent or strong professional-level German language proficiency (essential).
  • • Confident, persuasive, and engaging communication skills, particularly over the telephone.
