- • As a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Agent at Kin Insurance, you will serve as the first point of contact for homeowners experiencing property loss, providing empathetic and timely support during critical moments.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and recording key claim details from customer calls, accurately entering data into claims systems, assisting in filing new loss claims, and collaborating with the Claims team to ensure smooth processing and resolution.
