• • Senior Manager – Utility Rate Consulting role focused on leading gas and electric complex financial and rate-setting engagements for public sector utilities, serving as primary client liaison and overseeing multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver strategic guidance on utility financial planning, cost-of-service analysis, rate design, and long-range capital and operational planning.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as primary point of contact for utility clients, leading development of utility rate studies (cost-of-service analyses, revenue requirement modeling, long-term financial forecasts, rate/fee design), overseeing preparation of financial models and reports, presenting findings to elected officials and stakeholders, managing multiple client engagements, developing project work plans and resource allocation, providing oversight to analytical tasks, mentoring junior and mid-level consultants, contributing to proposals and business development, and participating in industry events to expand thought leadership.
