📋 Description

• • You will be a FlutterFlow Full-Stack Builder at Humanintelligence Inc., helping to build a next-generation consumer experience powered by a schema-driven AI backend and AI-driven designs. This role is critical to delivering a highly automated, pixel-perfect application that transforms agentic AI capabilities into intuitive, production-ready user experiences.
• • Your work will directly impact the usability, performance, and scalability of an AI-native product, ensuring that complex backend orchestrations are translated into clean, responsive, and delightful frontend interactions that users can trust and engage with daily.
• • You will build and maintain the FlutterFlow frontend using a schema-driven rendering approach, ensuring UI components are dynamically generated and consistently aligned with backend data models.
• • You will ship pixel-perfect UI/UX with polished interactions, states, animations, and responsive behavior across devices, adhering to strict design systems and accessibility standards.
• • You will integrate the app with backend APIs—primarily the /experience/orchestrate lane and supporting endpoints—handling authentication, tenant awareness, data synchronization, and robust error/loading/empty states.
• • You will collaborate closely with the AI Tech Lead, Intelligence Officer, and Product team to translate agentic product capabilities (such as AI-generated dashboards, chat attachments, action flows, and card-based UIs) into shippable, production-ready screens.
• • You will use AI in your daily workflow for development, design, and QA—leveraging AI-assisted coding, UI generation, testing, and documentation—and continuously evaluate and adopt new tools to improve velocity and quality.
• • You will stay organized using ClickUp, maintain clear communication, document technical decisions, and proactively surface blockers or improvements in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment.
