- • Financial Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) role supporting Department of Defense clients with financial regulation, reporting, and audit readiness.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing Agency Financial Reports, revising Financial Management Regulations, conducting research on exposure drafts and policy matters from FASAB, GAAP, GAGAS, OMB Circular A-123, and supporting financial audit statements and audit readiness services.
- • Part of Guidehouse’s Financial Management (FIN) practice, working with a team of professionals experienced in accounting, audit, internal controls, and federal financial policy to ensure compliance with DoD and federal financial management standards.
- • Opportunity to deepen expertise in government financial reporting, influence policy interpretation, and build leadership in financial management advisory services for federal clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD SECRET security clearance, with approved adjudication prior to onboarding; active SECRET or higher clearance preferred.
- • Bachelor’s degree required.
- • Ten (10) or more years of experience in financial management or relevant experience.
