📋 Description

• • The FM SME - Functional Data Support role at Guidehouse Inc. supports Department of Defense clients by providing financial management expertise in audit readiness, financial policy, and enterprise analytics systems like Advana.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include applying GAAP, GAGAS, and ICOFR standards; supporting audit statements and audit readiness; enhancing compliance within ERP systems; and providing functional support for financial applications and analytics used in DoD financial management, including General Ledger/Trial Balance, Fund Balance with Treasury, DARQ, and Intra-Governmental Transactions.
• • The role is part of Guidehouse’s Financial Management (FIN) practice, serving federal clients with a focus on financial integrity, audit readiness, and data-driven decision-making in defense financial systems.
• • The position offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in federal financial management, gain hands-on experience with DoD’s Advana analytics platform, and contribute to audit remediation and process improvement initiatives while working remotely across the U.S.
