Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Firecrawl, you will be embedded with key customers to drive account growth by making the product indispensable through technical ownership of onboarding, demos, proofs of concept, and expansion conversations.
• • Day to day, you will own end-to-end customer onboarding, run live demos and build POCs to close deals, identify and drive account expansion opportunities, lead business reviews and customer calls, build custom integrations to unblock customer adoption, and feed product insights back to engineering and product teams based on real-world usage.
• • You will join a small, fast-moving, technical team at Firecrawl, a company that has built the fastest way for developers to extract LLM-ready data from the web, achieving 8 figures in ARR and over 90k GitHub stars in just one year, with a mission to create essential infrastructure for super-intelligence.
• • In this role, you will develop deep technical mastery of Firecrawl’s API and infrastructure, sharpen your customer-facing and consultative skills, directly impact revenue through account expansion, and gain exposure to startup growth dynamics by owning the full customer lifecycle from contract to expansion.
