📋 Description

• As a Forward Deployed Engineer, Infrastructure Specialist at Cohere Inc., you will serve as a critical bridge between the North AI workspace platform and enterprise clients, ensuring secure and successful deployment of AI solutions in complex environments.
• Day to day, you will lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments, partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure and security requirements, design tailored deployment strategies, troubleshoot technical issues, and experiment rapidly to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations in sectors like finance, healthcare, and telecommunications.
• Cohere is a global, security-first enterprise AI company co-headquartered in Toronto and San Francisco, with offices worldwide, dedicated to building foundation AI models and products that solve real-world business problems, driven by a team passionate about advancing AI adoption responsibly.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise AI deployment, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge Agentic AI systems, strengthen your customer-facing technical consulting skills, and contribute directly to the secure integration of AI in mission-critical industries while working with global leaders like RBC, Dell, and LG CNS.
