📋 Description

• • Serve as the primary technical liaison between Oscilar and strategic customers, owning the full technical relationship from pre-sales discovery through production deployment and ongoing expansion.
• • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective customers to uncover integration requirements, data architecture constraints, and risk decisioning objectives across fraud, credit, and compliance use cases.
• • Architect and deliver proof-of-concept implementations using Oscilar’s AI Risk Decisioning™ platform, demonstrating clear time-to-value through customized agentic workflows and solution architectures.
• • Design technically rigorous solution architectures tailored to each customer’s environment, including API integration patterns, data pipeline design, and agent workflow configuration.
• • Assist in responding to technical sections of RFPs, security questionnaires, and integration feasibility assessments with precision and credibility.
• • Own end-to-end technical implementation for new customers, partnering with Technical Account Managers and Account Executives to complete integration design, data mapping, agent configuration, and UAT support.
• • Configure and optimize Oscilar’s AI agents and decisioning rules to align with each customer’s operational context, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.
• • Utilize AI coding tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor, or similar) to rapidly prototype scripts, parse logs, debug integrations, and automate workflows as a force multiplier in daily work.
• • Act as the primary technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, maintaining trusted advisor relationships with both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders.
• • Lead technical health reviews, proactively identify performance gaps, and drive resolution of escalations with urgency and full ownership.
• • Identify and propose upsell and expansion opportunities by recognizing unmet customer needs that align with Oscilar’s capabilities, presenting technically grounded proposals to Account Executives.
• • Conduct technical enablement sessions and training to ensure customer teams become self-sufficient in operating Oscilar’s agentic platform.
• • Design and deploy multi-step agentic workflows to automate onboarding, fraud investigation, credit decisioning, case management, alert triage, and compliance monitoring.
• • Configure agent parameters via Oscilar’s UI, including field mappings, matching logic thresholds, and disposition policies tailored to customer-specific contexts.
• • Evaluate customer data infrastructure, model outputs, and decisioning logic to tune agent performance and reliability in production environments.
• • Craft and refine LLM prompts within agent workflows to ensure accurate, auditable, and compliant agent behavior.
• • Participate in agent backtesting sessions using historical case data to validate configuration changes before production deployment.
• • Guide customers in defining their agentic AI strategy for risk operations, including automation scope, human-in-the-loop design, and effectiveness measurement.
• • Communicate agent evaluation concepts (evals, golden datasets, false positive feedback loops) to both customer stakeholders and internal product teams.
• • Synthesize patterns across customer deployments to deliver structured product feedback, feature requests, and gap analyses to Oscilar’s product and engineering teams.
• • Develop reusable implementation playbooks, agent workflow templates, and integration accelerators to elevate the quality and speed of all customer deployments.
• • Contribute directly to product roadmap discussions as the voice of the field, leveraging frontline insights to shape what Oscilar builds next.
• • Operate with full ownership: identify problems, design solutions, and drive completion without waiting for direction, embodying the mindset of a startup CTO applied to financial risk.
• • Translate technical complexity into business impact for C-suite stakeholders and translate business requirements into precise technical architectures for engineering teams.
• • Work remotely as part of a global team, collaborating closely with Account Executives, Product Management, Technical Account Managers, and Engineering across the US, Poland, and beyond.
